Full Body Workout
This class is open to all adult members of all fitness levels. In this class we cover every muscle group including the core and we also add an element of cardiovascular. The equipment we use in this class includes: - A weights bar - Free weights - A box step - And a yoga mat for any core exercises

Get the glutes you dream of! This class focuses on the legs, glutes and core. In this class you will find a variety of strength, conditioning and muscular endurance. This class welcomes all adult members to come along and enjoy a specific muscle group workout in a fun, non-judgmental environment.
