Work Your Core! Your core is a complex set of muscles that extend well beyond your abs. These interconnected muscles, stretching from the pelvis and diaphragm to the back and hips, provide strength and stability to both your upper and lower body. To build your core effectively, this 30 minute workout is strength and endurance training for the abdomen and the lower back using weights and bodyweight.

This class is open to all adult members of all fitness levels. In this class we cover every muscle group including the core and we also add an element of cardiovascular. The equipment we use in this class includes: - A weights bar - Free weights - A box step - And a yoga mat for any core exercises
